Paid and still have no access to ANY other the stories
I’ve had my fair share of these subscriptions for novel apps but this is the ONLY one who has never given me access after I have already paid!! And to top it all off they have no email listed in the app so you can’t even contact some sort of support. I’ve paid $15 for essentially nothing because it says I need a subscription but I go into my AppStore and on my bank and I was in fact charged for the subscription! Tried to subscribe again and shocker it won’t let me because I’m already paying for the subscription. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE app. The only thing that could make up for this is if they gave me unlimited reading for the week free of charge. Absolutely ridiculous. Time to go to GoodNovel at least they actually give you what u pay for!

Don’t bother
Don’t bother purchasing any in app stuff. I purchased both a coin packet and a 3 day subscription didn’t receive either. When refund was requested only received refund for coin packet not subscription. Don’t recommend

I bought the vip package so that I wouldn’t have to constantly buy coins to read the books I like. They took the money out my account but never gave me my vip access and kept trying to make me purchase another pack then there is no way to restore the first purchase
It was great but then uh….
I was about to finish the story until it wouldn’t let me and it just said sunrise or read it again like I want the full story but the was only 20% of the story left out of 100% so y’all need to change it up not everyone can subscribe to y’all and it wasn’t worth downloading the app so yeah.

App charged me $50 for 2 three day packages and one 1000 coin top off and yet none of them show up on my account. App support was non-reachable.
An absolute scam
If I could give this app zero stars, I would have. I have paid more than 25 dollars, first 2 tries to get the 4.99 coin deal, one which costed $6.29 and the other $5.65, and then the 7 day $14.99 subscription. They can’t even keep their prices straight! It’s been 15 minutes and I haven’t seen hide nor hair of any coins or benefits from my supposed subscription. In the app where you can view your transaction history, it’s empty, but my bank records showed they went through! This is insane and someone should definitely look into that further because what even. Do not use this app or you will get your money stolen from you. Find books elsewhere cause this ain’t even worth a dime.

Waste of time
Honestly don’t bother downloading this app. This app literally is a scam ripped me off $50 for coins after reading the first 3 chapters for free and when purchasing the first time to continue reading, it didn’t work so when I go to buy coins again it’s purchased but it doesn’t add up to continue my reading it stays 0 and gives options to membership sign up or top up options. Total waste.

This app stole my money
Zero stars I tried to buy the subscription and it never recorded it thought it took my money twice and when I tried the coins method it did the same thing

Terrible Subscription Experience
I paid for the 7-day subscription on Friday. It’s now Saturday, and my payment is still valid, but the website is telling me that I need to pay again.
When I check the website, my subscription doesn’t even appear. However, when I check my App Store subscriptions, it clearly shows up and is active.

J’ai pris un abonnement pour une semaine, l’abonnement ne s’était pas déclenché du coup je ne peux pas lire donc je suis très très très déçu, je ne trouve pas ça normal qu’on ne puisse pas non plus vous contacter par la suite

The app itself is a great idea because TikTok does cut the novels off at the best part. But it’s a waste of money. I spent the big 24.99 for a month subscription of V.I.P so I could read my little heart out, but no the app had other plans. Not only does the subscription never go through, but the money is taken out of your account there is no support or refund policy. You pay for it alright but you never get to read the stories.
