Paid subscription not working
I have an active subscription which I bought it on October 24th by paying $8.99 but when I try to use Rewrite Chapter, it says " API error, insufficient credits.
Then what's the point of subscribing to Novel Craft/ Novel Crafter app. Please help to resolve the matter first if you can't then cancel the subscription and refund my money of $8.99. I paid through Apple.

Stunned
I don't know how this app doesn't have a bazillion-star rating. It has to be one of the most innovative, most useful, most complete apps (and I'm talking iPhone apps but I'm sure the Android is just as good). I only wish there was a desktop version frankly

Keeps giving errors
I’ve used this app for a few weeks now and am starting to get errors randomly. It started saying I’m out of credits, when I have 1350 left. Then it starts saying user not found when I have already purchased and used it for other projects. The customer support helps for a day or two, after a three day wait for a respond, only for the same issue to come back the next day.

Scam Alert and Apple is in on it
If you're even thinking about downloading this app, just ditch it and run! This app is a total scam, and the developers, along with Apple, are a bunch of frauds. I dropped $149.99, and it was the worst decision ever! Seriously, a notepad and some random Google AI are way better than this junk. DON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE! Apple’s lost all its credibility, and I can just imagine Steve Jobs flipping out in his grave over how this once-great company is now run by clueless executives who are just out to rip people off. What a joke!
