Subscription paid but no access

I paid the 79.99 and it shows that I have a subscription until 9/11/23 but I do not have access to full books. What needs to be done. There is no website to report issues with the app

False advertising

I saw an add for a book on this app advertised as all chapters free. That is not true from chapter 7 and onward they wanted me to pay. The book was The Last Lycan. And by the way that was the book they were advertising.

Can’t cancel

.99 cents to start and $1.54 each week thereafter…sounds reasonable. Nope, charging $10.76 weekly. Can’t find a way to cancel. I’ve tried canceling through Novelful, App Store, Apple services. Today I cancelled my PayPal auto payments for Apple to stop it. I’m sure that’s going to be a big hassle. And for all this, I tried to read one book. Which once past the initial free portion, started sounding like a 14 yr boy wrote it. Sticking with Kindle Unlimited.

Wrong information

I saw a book being advertised and when I went to look for the book that was named I could not locate it and when I started looking through books within the same gene the descriptions don’t match to the book I’m looking for

The grammar/editing is HORRIFIC

Not worth your time or money. EVERY story I tried to read (a total of 12) were not at all or very poorly edited. Some of the story concepts were good, BUT the misspelling and the constant mistakes in the stories, made it difficult to enjoy reading it. I was very disappointed and kept thinking maybe the next story will be better written, but no, none of the books I tried to read were written well. I couldn’t finish any book because of it. Waste of time and money!

App not working

Greetings, I have had this app for a couple of months. I recently change my phone and as I went back in to read, it is asking me to subscribe for a new year and I do see it is saying my subscription doesnt end until later in the year.

Please help??!

Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with this app. Every week requesting I subscribe after I have already subscribed. Reaching out to feedback is useless as it takes forever to respond and the fix is only temporary if it is fixed only to run into the issue the following week. They don’t refund your money; I paid for a subscription I can’t use. I was hopeful that after all the other negative feedback with this same issue they would get it together; apparently that isn’t the case.

Don’t ever get this app. It makes you subscribe and then when you want to cancel your subscription it won’t let you. It steals your money. Better off with the hundreds of others that won’t rob you blind

Don’t purchase this app you’ll get ripped off

After months of waiting after numerous requests for help in using the feedback of the app, I finally got a response from Apple when I did a scathingly negative review in the App Store asking me to resubmit feedback using the Novelful app. It only took them over 5 months to respond. Only problem is that everything in my version of the app is gone now and I’m certainly not going to renew a subscription to a company that basically stole my money. Here’s my response to them … I would love to however my subscription expired and I can’t see any of the feedback I sent to Novelful before … everything is gone. I’m not going to renew as I had just renewed before I changed phones. I basically got ripped off of a $79 subscription I paid for by their lack of response or help. I wonder how many other people they’ve screwed like this? Seems that lack of response and failed subscriptions is a common problem with this app when I look at the feedback in the Apple / iTunes Store. Perhaps Apple needs to look at this app and consider discontinuing hosting their app.

Idk but I think there’s a problem with the app, I bought the one week trial app thinking I could finish a book and still haven’t can only read the free chapters so it’s not legit, am hoping for refund too if u see this! I have nothing but bad reviews for this app!

Scam!

Do not pay for the subscription! It’ll say the first week is $0.99 and the weeks after is $9.99. It charges you $9.99 at the very beginning and doesn’t even give you the books to read. It tells you to purchase the subscription again! I’m trying to get my refund and so far no luck. This is a ripoff and I never leave reviews but I’m so upset. The book I’m reading is on a different app and I can actually read it this time. Do not get this app!

App inoperable

The app keeps closing out on my phone while I try to use it. It’s the only app doing this and I already tried restarting the phone with no success. Going to delete since it won’t even operate properly

I subscribed and the payment was taken so I could read free and it keeps telling me to subscribe but then won’t allow me to subscribe because I already did this is not only infuriating but just ridiculous

Frustrated

The week for .99 worked great the second week for 9.99 worked great so far the 3rd week I can’t read anything it tells me to pay for subscription when I click on it guesss what it tells me I already have subscription!! Obviously I’ve been using app I’ve gotten into quite a few books that aren’t on other apps I’ve checked! I’m very disappointing I hate starting something and not finishing please fix the problem!!!

Don’t bother

It lets you read 3 chapters so you get in to the story then pops up with 99p for first week then £10 a week after that so not worth it

I had this app for about a week and I paid for the yearly subscription and after about a week in a half it was trying to get me to subscribe again. When I contacted customer support I never got a reply which is kinda annoying and frustrating because I spent 90 dollars for the year

Horrible

Said I had a 7 day trial and charged me $15.06 and then the story wasn’t even complete total rip off!!!
I have another $15.25 missing after already delete the app

Frustrated

I’ve had this app for a few months now and it’s been working great. However I am currently trying to finish 2 books before my subscription ends on the 26th and it’s saying that I need to buy a new one already. I even tried that but it still says i need to buy a subscription. I’m very frustrated with this also because I tried to contact somebody and the only way I found it says it takes 1 to 2 days for them to get back to me so now I would like to know how I’m going to get those days back since I paid for them.
