GREAT BOOKS
I really like this app. Has good videos and books 📕
Subscription issues
I paid the $60 subscription to read the books for free . And it keeps verification failed, I reached out to them like 10 times. And no one has fixed the issue. I logged out and I logged back in, I made sure I was signed in and the correct account. And it’s still not working, I asked for my money back multiple times and they keep saying the same thing.

Expensive but addicting
Expensive but addicting stories. Unfortunately they don’t have a text to speech option so it’s not worth it to pay for it. If they added an audio option I would’ve spent waaaayy too much money on it 😅 so probably for the best that they don’t have the audio option.
Cancellation is misleading
Whether the membership is active or inactive, it will always read the same way: “Expired at <Future date>”. The use of the past tense is misleading because you may think you cancelled it when you haven’t. Also to cancel, you have to find the secret way to do so (at the bottom after clicking “Go” on the coin pack banner). Plus their company name that shows up on your credit card is completely different and would’ve been impossible to track back to this app without AI. Luckily their customer service is good and refunded me for the months i didn’t know this was active, else it would’ve been a 1 star.

Pricey
This app is ridiculous in that they charge >75 vouchers per chapter! It takes you 2 days completing the free tasks to be able to read 1 chapter for free. And the further along you read, the higher the vouchers get per chapter. Im now on Chapter 136 of a novel and it wants 116 vouchers. Ridiculous!!! Yall need to give 50 vouchers per day signed in plus 50 vouchers per ad watched (there are 10 allowed) if you’re going to charge that much. Because buying coins would only get you 10 chapters for the lowest option for how much they charge per chapter. Also, please fix whatever bugs in the app that are causing my phone to overheat while reading on your app.
