Completely unable to cancel my subscription, the route it says to go to cancel it doesn’t work and they say it takes 48 hours for them to respond to contact emails for which they have two. So even if they respond it may be too late for it to cancel and I’ll be charged either way

If you use Apple Cash there’s no way to cancel. I have emailed Twice already and no one has gotten back to me. Don’t waste your time or money

They say you cancel anytime but then you have to email them at and then they take forever to answer to the point where you end up having to pay another payment. Like really? just add the manage subscription to the app and not be stingy

바로 환불 요청했는데 ㅋㅋㅋ보너스로 대체하고 환불 안된다네요 조심하세요

I was reading a book and paid the $20 weekly subscription to read more than just this story. I went back into the app, can’t find it at all. It didn’t save. I tried reading another one. When I came back into the app, that one was gone too! I don’t even have the titles! This is ridiculous! I want my money back

Live and learn 🙄
I saw a story I really wanted to read on FB. I stupidly payed the $4.99 so that I could read it and cancel the subscription afterwards. Now the description of the book says that it has over 120 chapters and was completed. Great. I can binge read and not have to wait for another chapter. Just lies. Turns out it was only 9 chapters long and is part of a bunch of standalone short stories. I was greatly disappointed and went to cancel the subscription the same day I got it. I can’t! It doesn’t show up in my subscriptions on my Apple Account. The funny thing is is that this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I had to get a new card so that I’d stop getting charged from the previous app that duped me in. It would’ve been amazing if the author or the app creators (idk who) just took the time to mention that this wasn’t a single story. It would’ve been such a good book if it wasn’t rushed into 9 chapters. Whatever. You live and you learn I guess 🙄
