Subscription Trap

It was a $2.99 three day subscription that state online & cancel it early so I don’t get charge
The stories are fine because I only did the $2.99 but I canceled my subscription before it got renew but I still get charge of $14.99. How can I cancel it if it doesn’t show up in any emails I use I use to sign up in. I try to use the contact us on the app but it says I need to do it online and did but there’s no cancel subscription. I’m a poor student. It keeps charging me $14.99 even when I cancelled it and there’s no proof of me having me subscribe to their app but I have proof on my bank statement
