Thoughtful and motivating tool for personal growth
I’ve really enjoyed using Novii because it helps make personal growth and goal setting feel much more manageable. I especially like the milestone feature. It allows me to break larger goals into smaller, achievable steps which makes progress feel less overwhelming. I also appreciate that the milestones are flexible and can be adjusted as life happens rather than forcing me to stick to a rigid plan.
Another thing I find helpful is that the app provides suggestions and guidance when something isn’t working. Instead of feeling stuck, I get ideas on how to adapt my approach and continue moving forward.
The assessments are also valuable. There are several different assessments that help me better understand myself, my strengths, and what matters most to me. The life crafting assessment in particular helped me reflect on my goals, define my sense of purpose, and think more intentionally about where I want to go in life.
The recaps give me a clear picture of the progress I’ve made, help me track my mood, and motivate me to take more action during weeks when I haven’t accomplished as much as I’d hoped.
