Nightmare to use : connect App

If you are into frustration… try and setup… prepare to take a lot of time. I had it once working. Now for some reason it doesn’t talk via app. And no quick solution here. I give up!!

Not that smart after all

I think this app can be further improve. If this is a smart appl. Why it didn’t show me the device serial number and warranty period? Do I have to register my new device warranty separately or can this smart app help me too? I want to share with my family members this smart appl, why does every need a login account? Why can’t we have a master owner for the device and smart appl and add shared members?
