Simple app but wrong data
Thank you for keeping the app size small and respecting user privacy 🙏
Edit 04/2026: sadly since the “website maintenance” back in March, the usage data on website is wrong, but hopefully correct on app. Worse, when calling Now mobile to Now mobile (which should be free), it now deducts from PAYG package allowance I purchase!
Also sad to see history tab in app now crashes the app every single time, and app size has increased between minor releases for no apparent reason, and they never bother replying to email messages 😔
Edit: it would also be helpful if login details could be saved, or access app using face/Touch ID. Frustrating that even the email login field can’t be auto-populated using my own contact details.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and suggestions. We’re considering updates to the homepage display to show "Unlimited" rather than a numerical cap for call and text limits. We also appreciate your ideas on selecting different payment cards for each SIM and adding card nicknames for easier family management; this is under review for potential future improvements. Enhancing the visibility of plan expiry on the homepage is also a priority for us. Additionally, early plan renewal is a feature we’re exploring, and your input is helpful in shaping this option. The idea of an Apple widget to display remaining data is unique and useful, and we’ll look into this for future updates. Issues
History of purchases do not show. Usage and Payment only show loading boxes which eventually leads to a pop-up message saying ‘Something went wrong try - again”
Tried refreshing the tab and history never loaded.
