Continue watching list
No option to delete shows from Continue Watching list, however dire they may be, and whether you actually started to watch them deliberately or they were foisted on you by autoplay. Also very slow to understand switching between devices, I find I have to take a very deliberate pause and ideally play a show on a different app in-between. Overall, ugly and cheaply made.

Great shows, not a great user system
It doesn’t allow you too go to the next episode, some episodes can be downloaded whilst other cannot. No skipping credits.
Terrible on all levels
Coverage of all sports would be better on any other broad caster, replays of live events seem to take 24h to be available... BBC do it instantly. App is terrible too
Blocks VPNS
Unable to use the service I paid for, I should be able to watch this on whatever device I want and whatever connection I want just because you want to track me doesn’t mean I don’t have an entitlement to privacy
Streaming to TV
I can’t control the basics when streaming from my phone to the tv using the tv remote (not even pause/play functions), and when I open the app on my phone, there isn’t always a way to see what is currently streaming- you have to start the stream again sometimes & often lose your place in your programme

Why oh why won’t you work
Watching on other devices
All great but you can’t change devices straight away. It’s a bit of a pain so you just switch channels and watch something else.
A really buggy ad infested app
The app is littered with bugs and is bordering on unusable. It forgets where you after crashing forcing you to watch 80 seconds of ads just after watching 60 seconds of ads. Some episodes of shows are available to download, whilst others randomly aren't meaning you have to stream - meaning ads again - only to crash again meaning, yes you've guessed it, more ads! It also means content is mostly only available online which is inconvenient.
This is a terrible app which is not good enough considering the cost of the subscription.

Really poor App!
Clunky User Interface (UI) along with Forced Promos and Ads and unskippable promotional clips and ads before content begins, even if I pay for ad-free tiers. This along with a lack of user content control - removing part watch shows and recently viewed!
Paying for adds
Good app and platform , just a real shame they insist on ripping you off as a paid customer by forcing 4lots of adds per 1h. Usual suspects as sky is same company
Unskipable ads (even with a premium subscription)
Now tv are the only streamer out there that forces you to watch promotional content for their own shows, with no option to skip. If you pay for a premium no ad subscription, you shouldn’t be served ads (for own content or otherwise) before every episode.
.
Only downloaded to watch sopranos it was great. Not sure about the ending i think mine bugged out it just went black. Anyone else get that?
The known issue with subtitles is an absolute joke
.
Adding to Watchlist
Many, many TV series cannot be added to my Watchlist, especially if there is a SKY ONE or HBO MAX in the icon. It just returns a bogus message “Something’s gone wrong, Please try again later”. This happens on my iPhone, my Android Tablet, my Oukitel Phone etc. This is the Only Streaming Service that can’t do this basic function, yet the most expensive.

A Subscription Has No Honour
In Westeros, an oath means something. Apparently, in the Seven Kingdoms of streaming, it lasts only until midnight.
I watched five episodes of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms with my Entertainment subscription. When I reached the sixth and final episode, I was met not by Ser Duncan the Tall, but by a demand for another subscription.
The Iron Bank may always get its due, but at least it tells you what you owe before you cross the Narrow Sea.
NOW’s approach feels like inviting someone to King’s Landing for a feast, then charging extra to let them leave.
The experience was worthy of King’s Landing politics: unexpected, frustrating, and leaving me wishing I’d travelled another road.

I’m trying to play a film on my projector and the apps not working with it
Package options
Everytime I try to purchase a package on the app the purchase fails. This has happened numerous times and I’ve had to go online via a computer to complete a purchase. Why can’t NOW just address the disconnect between their app and Apple Pay?
Poor performance and features
It used to be possible to remove programs from the continue watching, but now some just refuse to remove from the list even after watching.
Okay service but a few issues.
Several tv shows and movies I’ve tried to watch have some scenes that the video and/or audio glitches on and everything I’ve watched has AT LEAST a few episodes where incorrectly synced subtitles and incorrect subtitles are shown.
Rubbish!
Expensive and crashes all the time, not worth the money
