The worst app ever
The most disappointing app I've ever had on my phone, 1 star is to much . I have to install it every time I want to watch something specific, it's not organized at all by specific sports segments. I wanted to cancel my subscription and they said I have to wait a year, this is their way of keeping the app running

To many adds, more then any other platform to the point it affects how enjoyable watching and using the platform is
Constant tech glitches
No other streaming app (except ITV X) spends so much time glitching and buffering. Absolute waste of space
Tech Superstars Message Is Irritating
The streams stutter consistently when watching PL football matches. They put a message up saying “something’s wrong, our tech superstars are sorting it”. Calling them Tech Superstars is like rubbing everyone’s noses in it. I’ve watched better streams embedded in Twitter posts. Search NowTV on Reddit, you will see everyone else complaining about it too. I have a 1000Mbps fibre connection, it’s the feed itself that’s the problem.

Unable to sign in
Keep getting the message unable to sign in check your internet connection… yet every app on my phone is working with no issues
Love Now but awful app
We mainly watch on Apple TV and the Now app is atrocious. Before they upgraded things were OK, not great but OK. The upgrade a while back is appalling. So much so it’s making us reconsider our subscription.
Sports channels issue
Sports channels menu needs to be bolder so you can see what channel is which

Good shows and stuff. Only thing is there a wayyyyy too many adverts. Every 10mins I have to watch 2mins of adverts. If I click off the page it goes back to Home Screen then I go back and guess what, more ads. Costs an extra £5-8 a month for no adds which is a rip off.
US OPEN TENNIS
No instant replays had to wait until the next day to watch a match back also no behind-the-scenes rip off
Unwatchable
Constantly lagging and jittery. The service is an absolute joke considering the money you pay for it.
One exception
Loving the shows, films, series on NOW my only criticism is that the shows freeze frame sometimes.
