Just get the spinning wheel of zero progress. It used to download a few. Now nothing.
One of the worst streaming apps
Please sort out the continue watching section, mine is full of episodes and movies I never selected and I cannot delete them. Take a leaf from Disney+ or Amazon Prime. Awful!

Please can you consider adding a “clear continue watching” option. Most other streaming services have this and I have shows stuck and not wanting to disappear either thought I have fully watched them.

Technical issue- downloading
Tech issue- New shows are not downloading and stuck on buffering icon. Nowhere to report a technical issue. We’ve used other WiFi including a 500mbps. It’s the app. Older shows and films download.
Shows examples- Lanterns, Stuart fails to save the universe, President Curtis. Don’t know if it’s being done on purpose.
Also, Harley Quinn S2E1 to S13 not downloading, only streams.

It is a very good platform to watch all your fav fims/series and there is a lot more stuff in this and most of the stuff is free
Latest update killed the app
Used to work brilliantly but now it doesn’t even load. Please sort this out as it was a great app.
Best Streaming App Ever
It’s well worth the cost especially paying more for Advertisement Free. It’s has all my favorite channels and movies. I could give all of the other ones up Netflix, Hulu prime but this is the one that I couldn’t give up. I watch it every day and I love it.
Extremely poor functionality and they know it!
All well and good offering decent programmes and streaming the likes of HBO etc how about bringing the App functionality along with what you’re streaming? To be frank the functionality is utter rubbish compared with nearly all other streaming offerings except for ITVX!Presentation all over the place, glitchy and nonsensical - a mess! Basic functions missing; Can’t clear continue watching. Can’t clear recently watched, despite the fact you may never have wanted to view them - auto play, accidental touch!This is free level service and is simply not worth the fiver I pay,! Add the customer service provided, reflected in accurately by the feedback here, App performance and direct contact - Unless you really need to, don’t bother - you’re wasting your time!

Persistent problems
It used to be possible to remove programs from the continue watching, but now some just refuse to remove from the list. Bring back the feature that let you delete programs from the watched list.

Wanted to watch shows on it but have to sit through adds every 10 mins which ruins it and made me write this review about a rubbish company.

UX is terrible
Ux is terrible - navigating the app is an awkwardly awful experience. Try reading the synopsis of whatever you’re watching on live tv - it’s impossible.

Having to watch 114 second adds before each episode of my series just for the episode to be broken into 3 parts separated by more adverts 🤣 I’ve had enough!
Device Swap
Takes too long to swap between TV and Tablet when I want to continue watching my program on a different device even though nothing s playing on any of them.
Subtitle Issue
I bought NOW TV specifically to watch Game of Thrones because subtitles weren’t working properly on the other websites I had been using. I went to the trouble of paying for a subscription because I needed the subtitles to understand the dialogue, especially when characters are speaking in other languages.
Unfortunately, the subtitles on NOW TV aren’t synced correctly. When I start an episode from 00:00, the subtitles immediately begin showing lines that aren’t spoken until much later in the episode — sometimes around two minutes later, after the intro. This makes the subtitles basically unusable and completely defeats the reason I subscribed in the first place.
Really disappointing to pay for a service specifically for this feature and find that it doesn’t work properly. I hope this gets fixed!

1 month membership hidden
Giving up as it seems the 1 month membership option is not available or somehow hidden
So close but misses the bar
I pay for now boost to not watch ads and it still forces me to watch 30-40 seconds of trailers of other shows (some which I’ve seen)
It also skips the end of episodes as it auto plays into the next one
It doesn’t have a skip intro section
It’s just really dropping the ball.
