Disappointed
Was excited in the beginning when the company I worked with introduced Nowsite as a business tool, only a month later, my company shut down so I sent text to cancel. They said they would and I’d get an email confirmation. I didn’t think anymore about it until I started getting my taxes ready and realized I was still getting charged $9.00 and then it jumped up to $19.00. Now they are saying because I didn’t receive that email, they aren’t refunding me anything. They said they sent emails but never saw them, or should I say open to read them. Wow! I’m sure there are other apps out there that have better customer care!

Missing features
I can’t really see the usefulness of this. I can’t access my back office from this app, the AI is like a child wrote things and it’s just so generic. I post and my post doesn’t appear on fb under my account. It’s the holiday season and I’m honestly too overwhelmed to sit down and learn a whole

The juice is not worth the $
Do not waste your money or time figuring out! For all they say they can do the structure of this company is truly unprofessional and there is no instruction you can do everything for free. Every eeek there is a new big thing to buy and nothing changed uou pay for this add on here and this add here and then the next week they give it all away for free with the purchase of this other thing that is cheaper than both of the other products. So stupid
I rejoined thinking it would be different sent me a marketing email with no follow sequence no receipt my information went to a google sheet then no your back thanks for rejoining nothing pretty sure I just Thor take. For 29 is the business going out of service like nothing no communication when I charge my credit card no receipt

Worst app, kept billing me 20$ every month and there is no way to cancel it. None of the apps work like this. Please dont sign up with this app. I cant even see where my card has been added to use for billing. Everything is visible only to the app owners not to the customers. I wish there was a zero star for them
