Can’t even figure out how to login
Not very helpful app
Not sure this is down to how the system was configured, but we use it for hot-desk booking and it takes forever to log in via Microsoft Authenticator - facial recognition is much better. Then you go through the painful motions of booking a desk for a date & time. It wants a title for the booking (don’t know why) and then makes a random “best match” recommendation (not sure what it’s based on). It does not offer any seating “maps” or illustrations to what desks might be available. There are better, more intuitive and easier systems to use out there.

Finding a room is easy now
Used to walk all over the office looking for space. Now we find one from our phone. Works great to schedule in iOS. Shows up in our iPhone calendars, too. What an improvement!

Won't connect to server
Says there is no internet connection when there actually is, and I can get past it. The app just doesn't work.

Thank you for using NowSpace. Trust us, it works :) but clearly something is amiss for you and we want to fix that. If you are not aware, NowSpace is an add-on component to an existing Space Management platform. You need a configured Resource Scheduler cloud server, and likely received instructions from your internal IT re: connection information for this server. If you did not, please contact our support (888-323-8835) and they can help direct you properly.
Can't Edit Bookings?
Need to change a reservation? You're out of luck with this app. You'll have to delete the current booking and create a new one.
