SLOW development
Big fan of what Nozbe aspires to do but the UI improvements have been so slow over the years. Why isn’t there an iOS 26 update after so many months? The functionality of the app is strong but it’s time for a visual “refresh”.

this platform will spam you infinitely for more revenue even after you pay for a subscription. every possible widget has one of those annoying dot notification markers foisted on top. grossest, most greedy ui i've ever seen.

Love it!
Love your commitment to keeping things simple. I have been a long time user of this product however I find myself constantly looking for something new only to return to Nozbe time and time again. The integration with Google Calendar and Evernote are fantastic. Looking forward to continued advancements in artificial intelligence as well as voice integration. I would love to see an Apple Watch application as well.

Put my entire life in one place - best productivity system for individuals or small groups
Previously used the old Nozbe (Nozbe classic) which I found to be a better bet than many of the competitors. Simple or as complex as you need.
Switched over to the new Nozbe and for a while tested out other apps again. But life happened - job/business became overwhelmingly busy, personal life became stressful - including managing a close family member with a neurodegenerative disease. This app saves my life every day at the moment. You can backlink tasks (make a mini wiki) and connect Evernote and Dropbox files. I put everything into Nozbe. It’s a one stop, quick reference, my master plan.
Unlike other apps it’s the same visually on every platform, no thought or confusion needed, I just find what I need. No stress. A simple system is all you need, but reliability, flexibility and bulletproofness makes this app the best.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
I use a Nozbe with my work (4 people) and an upgraded space for personal stuff (and share a few projects with free users).
If you want to be organised, use this app.

Teams need this organizational tool!
Early days for this app, but already great potential.
Cross between whatsapp and a task manager It’s better than the old Nozbe in design. I like it. Evernote integration is excellent. Just needs: Cloud more file services (Dropbox/OneDrive) Apple Watch app Universal inbox Browser extensions More focused to business user, away from the original personal user type. But better than Todoist in concept. Let’s see where this goes.

Essential task and project management for small organizations
Nozbe is a perfect level of complexity for a single user or small organization to manage projects and tasks and integrate into an overall productivity system for your organization. It lacks some of the bells and whistles of larger program management applications, but for me that is what makes it attractive. It has what small organizations need while allowing you to use it as part of a system with other applications, rather than relying on one app for everything. I’ve used Nozbe for personal use and for my nonprofit for over a decade and see no reason to go to another application.

Best productivity tool ever!
Based on “Getting Things Done”, I used file systems to stay organized until I discovered Nozbe more than 10 years ago. Through the years in various organizations, I have used most of the popular productivity tools on the market and have always recommended (and used) Nozbe both personally and professionally. Nozbe allows me to brainstorm ideas and tasks for each project, yet has the flexibility to keep it simple so I stay focused on one task so I don’t become overwhelmed. When I want to collaborate on a project, Nozbe allows me to attach files, Google Docs and other files while keeping me and others invited to my projects on point with communication that is specific to task at hand. I appreciate the ability to bring in someone to a project and communicate within Nozbe even if the other collaborator does not have to need a paid Nozbe account to use the functionality of the system.

Hands down the best task manager for teams or individuals.
I’ve been using Nozbe Personal for over a decade as my trusted GTD system, for both personal and work tasks. It’s been an indispensable part of my daily life. Just keeps getting better
For over a decade Nozbe has been my go to app for getting things done. It’s one of the best GTD stye task management tools available and in my opinion it's the best for working with a small or growing team. I've quit using it several times to find something better, but I always come back. The team behind Nozbe is constantly working to improve the app and they listen to their customers.

Try Nozbe. It checks every box better than any other app. Cross-platform. GTD based. Frequently updated. Task-based communications. Delegation to project team members. And on and on.
