Need Improvment

Needs a lot of improvement, once you add a bookmark, you can’t remove it. You can’t find your history. You can’t find what you’re looking for, unless you type in exact words in description on YT. Good thing, no adds like YT.

Regaining functionality

Love it- needed to delete and reinstall the app after the last update and it opens without crashing now🥳

Will not work anymore

I got NewPipe, loved it for a few weeks but now can NOT open it. Don’t know what to problem is but disappointing.

Poor development

App initially works as intended then breaks and no longer works after about 2-3 days of use, reinstalling does not fix the issue

Great until it wasn’t

I really enjoyed this app before today. I was able to watch videos and shorts ad-free, but today I was unable to search for videos the same way as before. Now, if I want to search up videos then I have to use their YouTube link which directs me to the normal YouTube. This options forces me back to having ads. I even tried to shut down my phone and deleting the app, but those methods didn’t solve my problem. It also keeps kicking me off the app.

Update broke app

I just updated to the latest version and I am unable to use the miniplayer. I think the new design broke it and now I can’t use it. So sad because this app was my go to. Now I can’t watch youtube without going to youtube itself. Please fix it.

Latest version is not working

I have IOS 18.3.1 and the app is buggy. I does not look and work as the old app did. There are no short, no saving, no tabs at the top for your preferred lists. The app was great prior, but no it’s useless. Hope the app will work better with IOS 18.4.

Stopped working

At first it worked fine for two hours and then the MiniPlayer stopped working consistently. I only use it to watch videos in MiniPlayer, I’m still looking for a section in the app where I can report a bug
