What happened?
This app was fantastic! Now it doesn’t work. I enter my username and password then it sends a code to verify. It looks like it is loaded the page but then goes straight to the sign off page. What happened? It works on my iPad but not my iPhone.
App not working
App hasn’t worked in months. Try to login and it takes you straight to the logged out page.
As soon as you log in it logs you out
I logged in and it flickers on the home page for a sec and then logs you out right away.

Just spins and says “Loading. Please Wait”

As others mentioned, this app worked fine for a few months but current version just logs you on and immediately out.

The app logs me out every time I try to login. I have to use the desktop version of the webpage to see anything. FIX IT!!!!!!!

Adding Face ID for login would be amazing. I’d upgrade my review to 5 stars with this one small change.
Very Glitchy with Apple IPhone.
There are a lot of time the app will not open to my account but just continues to spin trying to load!! NRECA needs to do better!!
Worked great for a bit, but now logs you out right when you log in
The app was great while it worked. It really just takes their mobile website and put it into an app. After the update a few weeks ago, the app logs you in, but then immediately logs her back out.
Face ID would be a nice add when they get the app working again. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Hopefully an update fixes it.

Unusable
Extremely slow to load anything, and when I log in I’m immediately logged back out.
Please add Face ID
