We paid $400 for their marriage bureau services, but they never provided any real matches. Our experience was very disappointing and felt dishonest. I would warn others to stay away and not give them any money.

Pure Scammers
This agency have lots of dodgy profile and take money first giving false promises. Before I joined I was told they have what I needed and even shared some pics of potential candidates. But I have to pay subscription before they can give me details.
So I paid and then excuses started to buildup. They don’t have what I am looking for and in few occasions found that candidate Country started changing. One candidate they shared with me stated from UK and after a week noticed in their profile the candidate is from another country.
I wonder how they are able to sell the app in Apple platform.

BUNCH OF SCAMMERS
I never write review for anything, but this company made me write a review because they are stealing your data and keep harassing you by calling you every single day and when you tell them not to do that, they send you an email by lying and saying that I have done some violation, that’s why they’re deleting my profile but in reality, I’ve told them three months ago do not call me and I’m not looking. I’m not interested. Regardless the illiterate employees they do not look up my account notes and just keep calling me every single day even at my work and I don’t know how they got hold of my that number.

Not worth it
The app itself is very poorly designed and then their matchmaking service is so worthless. I would not recommend especially the matchmaking service. It cost $400 totally worthless.

They know how to scam people. I got the subscription and paid $$. Once they got payment their response changed later as if they don’t know me. In beginning they just forwarded me profiles of those who just registered as basic members which I can’t contact them by myself in the app. Miss Priya from their company assigned Mr. Prince to handle my profile and introduce me with matches. Not one’s Mr. Prince introduced me with any proper matches as he always said he is working with my profile and now he doesn’t even call or respond to my calls. It’s a trap to scam people. Please be aware every one of there scam.

Very unprofessional behaviour of staff , and NEVER BUY PERSONALISED SERVICE OR VIP SERVICE , it’s a complete wastage of money , they don’t have matches , they don’t even have experience they are even worst than the street or local match makers in our country. Even they put some effort.

I was receiving a phone call from Last 6 months to pay us so we can find a partner for you. They do not have any profiles. They will keep saying they belong to the same region or city to get our confidence. Don't fall into a trap with them. They are here to get money from you and make you a fool. They previously said they have 100 profiles, but you can only see them when you subscribe. Currently, you will be able to see 2% of the data. I subscribed and still No change. Same profiles. Only 5-6 profiles, which I saw before I subscribed. They are just after your money. Don't waste your time and energy on these fraud companies. They will probably send you 3 profiles in a week, and then you will wait a week to receive another profile. What a scum Bags. I'm very disappointed with them.

I would not recommend anyone to use this app, your profile is not even being shared. Moreover, if you have criteria, they will just share you profiles name for sake and calling you for follow ups which is useless. The profile they showed me before membership was good, and after that I feel cheated. Don’t waste your money in these type of businesses. Doesn’t matter how legit you are or not, I feel cheated from you. Thank you very much for wasting my money and time.

When I joined your matrimonial service, I was assured by your representative that there would only be a one-time fee until a match and full marriage were arranged. However, this has not been the case.
During the joining process, I was given several promises that have not been fulfilled. I was informed that 4-5 families had liked my profile and were waiting for my response. After joining, I found that these families seemed to disappear. Despite numerous complaints made during calls, which should be recorded, no senior staff member has approached me to apologize or address the situation.
It is disappointing that for a fee of $300-$400, I was misled by your representative, who claimed to be part of the Malwa brothers. Such deceptive practices tarnish the reputation of the entire Malwa region and damage trust in your services.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a refund of the fee paid. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a review of your practices to ensure no other customers face similar issues.

All they do is asking more money more money that’s it not even one match in one year wow so don’t waste your time and money
Bad management and of no use
My matchmaker was on leave and I got no proper support. I was promised 3 profiles a week and when a technical issue occurred they did not sent me any profiles during that period. Also I felt that it is false promises made by them. Every week they said that your profile was liked by brides, when a follow up is taken no answers are ever received. It has been almost 5 months now and not a single girl accepted my profile, how strange and fishy it seems.
