Can’t open any links
The app just doesn’t work anymore on my iPhone. You can’t open any links. This makes it completely useless.
Can find it, can’t access it
All the things I actually need to access doesn’t load. The app has improved on finding things but I think it’s always behind when Apple updates.
App Not Practical for iPhones
The app is good for accessing information from the NRLCA, but it will not load after a big announcement like it gets bogged down. App will constantly kick out and have to relog in. PDF’s are not able to be printed, downloaded, and emailed from the phone. The app seems incomplete as several functions do not respond or the sidebar being blank. It is a terrible attempt to make the website into an app format.

iPhone
Can’t open any of the SRG on iPhone 13 but it will open on my home computer. Can you please fix this. It started doing this a couple months ago. Have deleted app and reinstalled it, but still doesn’t work.

Broken
This app is so bad just like everything else to do with USPS. Most of the quick links built into the app are literally invisible so you can’t see what the heck you’re clicking on. Interface is absolutely horrendous. This app might get worse support than we do as rural carriers and that’s really saying something.

Notifications
Anytime it sends a notification I try to click it, and it sends me to the app, with a blank screen that never loads.
Union
They are worthless lazy union. Or are they in bed with the post office to turn us to private. It’s one or the other what do you guys think.
Clowns
The app works like the Nrlca does for us…Not at all!!!!
Freezes
App always freezes, can never get to what’s new when I get notifications that there’s something new!!!
Crashes
I have a iphone 13 pro, every time i try to download a document to save or print, it immediately crashes. As soon as i push the button to do so. Fix please, I’m trying to get more into this. Imagine i will need documentation to prove points eventually.

While I’m glad that an app has finally made it out, the app hasn’t been updated in 3 years.
I have had issues reading news from the push notifications. It keeps showing up blank. I have to reload the app several times to make it work.
Not sure if it’s an issue with the website or the app itself but it needs to be fixed.

Used to be useful
App never loads just has the infinite loading symbol. App used to work very well now just pushes out updates that I can’t read because it never loads.
Highly Enjoyable
I appreciate the at push notifications that the app offers from my union. The app is fairly easy to use and lots of information available at my fingertips. Information Im looking for at any given time is always with me!
Not very good
This app goes offline often. It’s slow and incompetent(like the usps and all it’s affiliates). Can get answers to some of my questions, maybe 4/10 times. NRLCA is terribly slow at giving you new updates
Security overkill
The one thing I like about this app is the push notifications so you can immediately see the breaking news. Everything else about it is terrible. First of all, it’s just a skin for the website so you can visit the web for the exact same experience. But worst of all is the security measures. You have to login to access the membership info which is fine but it used biometric for login EVERY time you open the app. This is ridiculous. Is the union afraid someone else is going to pick up my phone and see the “secret” union messages? I should be able to login ONCE and be done. This is the worst when you tap on a push notification. It uses biometrics to authenticate but then it shows a “MEMBERS ONLY” message! So it doesn’t even work like it’s supposed to. Very annoying that the only good feature is crippled by security overkill.

Useful tool to stay informed
I have been using this app for a few months now and have found it very useful. The layout is a little clunky but once you get used to it and navigate around more, it gets easier to use. The basics are all there and I expect it will get better with time.
Lately, I’ve found myself relying on it more and more to keep me up-to-date with all the current information regarding covid-19 and how it impacts my work. To that end, I must highly recommend this app for every rural carrier.
