Update is Awful

This use to be my go to app but now I’m deleting it. Format looks like it was made by an aspiring middle school programmer. Go back to the old format.

The callouts are in different languages and you cannot play music concurrent with the callouts. The old version was exponentially better

Just the job

Just what I was looking for for heavy bag workouts. An app that does what it says it does. As the wording admits, it won't teach you to box, but for straightforward home practice it provides simple callouts with a blissful absence of ads or other distractions.

Good workout!

This app is exactly what I wanted. I just bought a heavy bag and wanted an app to randomly call out different punching/kicking combinations. 1=left jab. 2=right hook. 3=left hook. Those are the only numbers/punches. And they just yell out kick or double kick (left/right). Overall I'm happy with my purchase!

Punches are called out by a number code instead of by name. Impossible to follow.
