Transfer memo
Why can’t we add a memo to money transfers. Hard to keep track of expenses when there isn’t a note attached. The bank I was with before you bought them out had the capabilities to do that and they were a much smaller bank. Not impressed.

Had to change my password 3 times because the app wouldn’t work for me or any worker ever since the change..
Not very functional
I wish it had the running total listed as well. I never know if my account balance reflects the “pending” charges or not. I’m unable to set up bill pay through the app. Basically anything I want to do besides look at my balance it tells me to contact the bank. I wish NSB hadn’t bought out my local bank, their mobile app was fully functional, and I didn’t realize how good I had it until using this app.
