Upgrade Issues
I keep getting an upgrade error. I’m trying to purchase the premium but keeps telling me to try again later
App keeps crashing, and I paid for Premium
The app keeps crashing, and I paid for the 400 questions. And when I contacted the app developer from the App Store they told me, “ Hi there, it's difficult for me to troubleshoot issues without the technical data that comes from the app. Please shoot me a message through the app itself so I can see what may be causing the issue and recommend remedies.”
I sent my email from the app in the App Store, and if I could send it from the app...that would mean my problem is solved....however, I cannot open the app to send it from the app...very upset at the technical support.

Doesn’t work
I paid for the premium version and it continuously crashes at the login screen.

Keeps crashing
I downloaded this app, paid $25 for the full version, used it for about 5 days, and now it is completely unusable.
It’s not just me either, a friend of mine is having the exact same issue - and has been for the past two days. Every time I open the app, it immediately crashes before I can do anything at all. I tried deleting and re-downloading, I tried turning off data, I tried using my phone in airplane mode, I tried turning my phone off and on, everything.
This app is easily 5 full stars when functional. But it currently is not.

Helpful but not “Amazing”
I paid for the full 400 questions. Passed my exam kn first try with an 80%. It was helpful when seeing what information I was weakest at. However, this should not be your sole or main study tool. Questions on the exam was completely different. If you’re taking the exam get the book and review tactical population scenarios. Great for when you’re out and about and need to study but don’t reply to heavily on this as your study tool.
