More support to pay bills in English would be great. Also, it’s difficult to press the back button on the top of screens.

No English option

Just presents you with a login (?) screen with some options but all in Thai. Description says thus app is in English

Worst app EVER!

1: No English language access, even though the last version had an English language translation. And even though MANY of their customers speak English as their primary language.

2: App is NOT intuitive. Simply finding out my billing info was like having my teeth pulled with a pair of pliers.
