About

NTsocial brings public conversations, channels, and private messaging together with internet connectivity and nearby Bluetooth text communication. CONNECT ONLINE OR NEARBY Internet messaging is enabled by default and uses cloud services for online discovery, delivery, and media. People distinguishes nearby Bluetooth peers from people online. You can turn off Internet global messaging in Settings. Nearby text requires compatible peers within reach. For reliable photo and avatar delivery, use internet connectivity or a supported authenticated high-speed connection. Nearby photo recovery is limited and depends on compatible peers and available image data. CONVERSATIONS AND COMMUNITY Browse Public, join or create channels, reply in discussion threads, exchange private messages, and share photos. Shared channel cards show the channel name and protection status before you open or join. A local Peer ID and geometric avatar identify you without an email-and-password account. Save contacts, hide messages, block peers, and report content through an email you review before sending. New voice recording and push-to-talk are unavailable. MESH PET AND POINTS Meet your Mesh Pet in Profile, with HD animations from multiple views. Your own nonblank, top-level Public or ordinary unencrypted channel post earns 10 Points once after it is saved. Replies, private or encrypted posts, images without text, replays and received posts do not earn posting Points. Helping a nearby peer fill missing text history earns 10 Points per accepted row. Each newly earned Point adds 1 food, up to 200. Your Points balance syncs to your account with Internet enabled; food and HP stay on this device. Restoring a balance does not add food. MESSAGE PROTECTION Private text can use automatic end-to-end encryption after a peer's encryption identity is available. The first identity is pinned on your device. You can also enter a separately verified shared secret on both devices for manual end-to-end encryption. Public posts are public; local compatibility protection is not end-to-end encryption. MAPS AND TEAM LOCATION Use supported offline maps and GPX data. Compatible hiking and ATaK channels support team status, optional location sharing, retained tracks and GPX export. Internet track sharing requires a compatible channel, current access and your explicit sharing choice. Recording starts only after you choose it and grant location permission. Stopping sharing prevents new samples; it does not delete copies already received. SOS is a team status, does not notify emergency services, and does not guarantee delivery. Connections depend on compatible devices, operating systems, pairing and permissions; continuous background delivery is not guaranteed.
