Disappointed
What a waste of time. Asked for product code, name or scan. Tried scanning the bar code hidden in a very inconvenient place on my Henry Quick Pet and also the model name and all failed. Also the QR code on the hard copy instructions leads to a site where you are asked to subscribe $ monthly!!!
