Crashes on log in of any kind on mobile. No fixes. Also doesn’t even appear in App Library

The app is unusable as it crashes immediately on login. Please fix.
Radiology review
I work with imaging releases daily and the web portal is great. Does all the stuff, functions as expected. This app though keeps crashing whenever I try to log in. I can’t offer this as a tool to older patients who already struggle with MyChart!
These bugs need to be fixed asap if nuance wants their product to gain more traction and use-ability as facilities continue to phase out discs for pts to hand-carry to other clinics for speciality care.

Spend over an hour trying to register then it said that my email was already registered but my password wouldn't work. No "forgot password" option and no HELP option.
