Not compatible with Apple health?
If thereโs a way to get the data from the app to the Health app, I havenโt found it. Would be much better if they were compatible.

If you have problems
Band working ok, synced to app but then stopped working and band was stuck on Bluetooth screen. To fix this I uninstalled the App from my phone, recharged the Nuband and it started working again. The band is only for our child so not bothered about data recording.
Perfect in every way
This app is so good and simple to use. It just takes a long time to synchronise up with the watch itself.
NuBand wonโt charge
I bought my dad this to help him get motivated and after 5 days the screen will not come on it wonโt charge even leaving it for 15 minuets then trying to turn it on has anyone else had this fault as he was getting into it and it a shame

It's amazing and the watch is so compatible and the app is so fun to use and it makes you so fit!
Really poor both band and app
If you have bought a band donโt unpack just take it back donโt wast your time downloading the app your spend ages trying to sync I have an iPhone 6s 45 minuets later Bluetooth will not connect so band in the bin app deleted. Any good reviews on here will be by the band company and app developers PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY hope this helps cheers all

Ok
I donโt mind the band it looks pretty stylish. But the app looks and feels very basic. I previously had a cheap band from eBay and the op for that dayday was much better than this. This doesnโt even share info with MyFitnessPal or apple health which to me is pretty basic and one of the main reasons I got it. Very disappointed!
After I few days i am now if the option that this app is completely rubbish. Takes ages to sync on occasions. The data is clearly incorrect calculates far too many steps and fare too little sleep. I would not recommend this app or any NuBand products after this!

I love this app because you can sycronise your NuBand to the app.

Ridiculous
I went and bought a NuBand from Argos and followed all instructions etc and downloaded the app and since that day I havenโt been able to sync my band to my phone once. Needless to say app is getting deleted and a decent fitness tracker is getting bought!!
NuBand app not working on
For some reason the nuband app is not working on my iPhone SE, it was working fine before not had an update so canโt understand why itโs now not working, I have even deleted app and reinstalled it sadly still not working. Please sort this out NuBand
Simple and easy to use
I bought a NuBand Activ + recently as I wanted to give wearable tech a go and to my surprise it was really easy to use. The band is lightweight so doesn't bother me when I am wearing it and the information sync's and pairs really quickly. Under ยฃ80 is great value as most band retail between ยฃ80-ยฃ150. Really pleased. Also I found the basic website pretty helpful as I downloaded the instructions off this when I lost mine. I saw the review below. This band doesn't need to plug in. I think you have the wrong app. Nuband 1 uses KeepFit+ not Nubandapp. Had a few issues on sync last week but downloaded app update and that has sorted problem on my iPhone 5

Works Well
Mine works perfectly! Synchronising all fine. Only thing I dislike is how cheap the app looks. Would deffo give 5 stars if the app was more modern and not so ugly looking.
Not syncing
Iโve had this app for well over a year with no probs, and now the app wonโt sync even though the problem has supposedly been fixed, if it doesnโt get properly fixed Iโm getting rid!
Bluetooth connection
Since your update 2 days ago my watch now wonโt sync to my phone!!!! Fuming as Iโve now lost my last three days!!!!

Fails to connect after update
Has worked fine for over a year then after an update around 20th Jan pressing the connect button on the app does nothing either a strange co- incidence or they have messed up the app - if so more will be complaining!
Love the band but the app is rubbish!!!
Iโve only had the band a few hours that is working ok, did tend to count steps when I was sat but Iโm putting that down to me using my hand even when sat but the app is total rubbish, it synced up perfectly at first but then when I tried it again later the same day it says connecting but nothing happened except that it wiped the data it already took, looking at the past reviews for the past 3 years it needs addressing NOW ๐ก

Problems with sync
The band itself is absolutely fine, does what it says on the packaging, fits nice and looks good on. But the app is a problem, sometimes it syncs, sometimes it doesnโt. When it doesnโt, it clears all previous data off with it.
Awful
This app will not sync with my NuBand. To get this app to sync I have to delete it from my phone and reinstall it but even then it does not save the data. Do not waste your time or your money. Buy a Fitbit; at least that one works.
