Charges more when you use your card
I wanted to go somewhere and it was at 11$ before i added money in my account and right after the price for the ride went up to 13$, its a lear scam snd they cant get away with it

Very bad experience. Uber drivers are always late, and some of them arrive annoyed because the app sends them from very far away. The app really needs to improve the way it assigns drivers because I’m constantly getting drivers who are too far away.
Today, for example, I ordered an Uber to go to work, and at first it said the driver was only 5 minutes away. Then the driver passed me, and now I have to wait another 7 minutes. This makes it really difficult to get to work on time. Uber seriously needs to improve the app and the way drivers are assigned.

don’t use this app
a lot of the drivers are unprofessional, they text and drive, some of them care about how much they’re being paid over the ride itself, they’re very very selfish. they over charge and take your money little by little (always pay with cash) if u kee money on your account it will disappear. it’s very ghetto. i almost got into many accidents with a few drivers.

Overall? great experience, but....
Overall ive had nothing but good experiences using nubeli i had a really sweet dominican mom (i think) be my ride to school one time and i didnt have enough money for the fare and she said it was ok and ill pay her back next time because she wanted me to get to school on time. but i did have one terrible experience. I was in the taxi with my driver on my way to a movie with my friends and i notice my driver looks like hes nodding off/ falling asleep. Then i realize hes just looking down at his phone on his lap every 3 seconds and hes driving kind of shaky because of it. Later on he starts yelling and saying curses in spanish. Turns out he was on instagram live with about 4-6 other people and they were arguing with each other about something from the bits and pieces i could understand ,maybe a divorce? The whole experience was honestly scary i didnt know if he was drunk or what but i 100% did not feel safe being in his car. I asked him to drop me off at a gas station and even gave him the full fare for the ride and he stayed in the parking lot yelling at the top of his lungs on the live. I had to ask my friend to pick me up and i was still kind of shaking over the whole experience.

Unprofessional Drivers
Some of the drivers come with multiple people in their car and when you complain they get mad at you and leave you one star. When you report it to the company they flat out ignore it. The app doesn’t work well neither. One time a driver had her daughter peeing in a bottle in the car in my presence!
