Hey community! This update features new Premium Content and an enhanced media player to offer you a better experience. We also updated the app to fix some crashes and make our videos load faster. Some users have reported issues loading captions and subtitles so we have integrated captions in original English & subtitles in Spanish in all of the videos within the updated Nucleus player. Rehab Workout

I had the misfortune of tearing my rotator cuff, my labrum, and my bicep, and am 2 months into rehab. I also travel and was looking for a convenient exercise device I could take on the road. I ran Nucleus by the PT, got a thumbs up, and have been using it for two weeks. Loving it. Nucleus has all the exercises I need to slowly but surely strengthen my shoulder and keep me in good cardio condition. I’m looking forward to a lasting and healthy relationship with Nucleus.
