after the latest update on my iphone16 the scanner only scans one or two boxes and freezes and you have to wait 35 seconds

Easy to use for daily deliveries

Easy to use for daily deliveries, able to perform with easy clicks on the mobile application. Taking images and POD’s helps me to keep a record of my deliveries.

Efficient Delivery Application

This application serve the purpose of delivering products assigned to me by my dispatcher everyday.

Battery life

If you want to use your battery life in 2 hours this is the app for you. You literally have to have your phone connected to a charger to use this app. Terribly made and yes I have the new update as of 4 days ago. Been using this app as a sub contractor and it’s a complete waste. Always logging you in and out and the stops only upload if you have excellent signal. Again HORRIBLE APP TO HAVE.

Seamless navigation and regular updates

The Application provides detailed updates of the orders I am delivering.
Including the ETA for the next stop and the navigating to location is having seamless experience.

Terrible

I downloaded the Nuvizz app hoping for an efficient solution, but boy was I disappointed! The interface is as confusing as a maze, and it crashes more often than a toddler on a sugar rush. Navigating through the features feels like trying to find a needle in a haystack, and when you finally do stumble upon what you need, it's buried under layers of unnecessary complexity. Save yourself the headache and avoid this app like the plague.

Helpful app

App is helpful when stops have specific delivery things to do. My route has stops for different customers and some require pictures, some don’t. Helps me do my job better.

Hate that I have to use

I was going to list my issues with app but seeing what’s already written from the last few weeks to eight years ago, there is nothing else to say. Thanks for the support team!! SMH, app is worthless as the companies who continue to force us to use.

Battery Killer

This app is possibly the worst battery killer of any app for Iphone. It has to be logged out of immediately after use or your phone will be dead in a few hours. Never seen anything like it. I use lots of different routing and delivery P.O.D. apps and this is the only one that is so terrible. Let’s face it, it isn’t even good at what it does. If a vendor didn’t require it I wouldn’t use it. My battery usage screen shows this used 35% of my battery in 3hrs and 1min. Garbage

Won’t sync

At the freezes up at times, and won’t sync up with the server on the receiving end. Removing it up and reinstalling it fixes it.

Sign & depart error

Please fix the sign & depart. If an order has multiple stops under one order , you have to sign & depart to close stop but the sign & depart sends you in a loop and will have you just continuing to do the same thing over & over again. I have to close app, log back in to close stop. Please fix that issue
