BEST APP

I recently got diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer and this app has been a life saver for me to be on top of my meds. I also had an issue before and reached out to support and they helped me super quick. 10/10 would recommend this app to everyone.

Life saver managing 8 prescriptions for my wife

It took a little bit to get the hang of the app. But once all was set, it was easy to manage the eight prescriptions my wife needed after surgery.

Very Good App, But Can Lag

I love this app because I reminds me of my meds and I like how you can choose the amount of times you can be notified. But there is a lot of lag when you are working the app, especially if you click between the day before and the current day.

Having to push multiple times on one timeline

Since a recent upgrade, I have to push multiple times on one time slot with multiple pills.

Apologies for any confusion. When marking meds, a short press allows you to mark all the meds in a time slot. A long press on any one med, allows you to mark just that medication, but there is no need to mark each med individually. Please reach out via the the Help function in the App, and we'll make sure this is working for you.

A game changer

Love this app! I opted for Premium and it has radically improved my medication adherence. I just get so busy and would often forget. I tried a half dozen other apps but they never impacted my behavior. NudgeHero’s multiple reminder types and escalating alerts have been a game changer. Keep up the great work!

Easy to track my meds

This program saves a lot of frustration and keeps my meds in perfect order. Handy when I go to the doctors office I have a complete list of all my meds in email format. It’s handy when I load my meds in the weekly pill case. I am confident that I got the right meds at the right time every day.

Waste of space on the App Store

This app is a farce!
I entered my Px Keflex/(Cephalexin) and the app keep changing the spelling to “Neglect” until it finally auto corrected itself. Then after entering ( read time consuming) all the meds I need to be reminded of which was two, I never received any notices that it was time to take the meds. I wish the reviews would allow a .5 star because that’s all this app is worth. Disappointed and dissatisfied, next!

We're sorry that the app was such a disappointment to you. We appreciate your feedback and will consider suppressing auto-correct built in to iOS in a future release. As for you not receiving reminders, that's unusual. If you reach out to us via the Help feature we'd be happy to troubleshoot the situation with you.

Good idea but too confusing

The basic idea behind this app is good, to keep reminding you about your meds until you actually take them. The problem is, once you enter the medication name and your desired dosing schedule, you can’t easily change anything. If you forget how it’s supposed to work, there’s no way to get back to the initial screen that explains how to set things up. If you want to cancel one alert and adjust another, there’s no clear way to do it. One screen had the four original dosing times, and another screen showed that I had somehow added three other times, but there was no way to clear them. I had also skipped a notification without having any idea how I did it. Plus, the developers don’t seem to understand that not everyone gets up in the morning and goes to sleep on the same day. Some of us are night owls and take meds well after midnight, and the app warns against this. Some rethinking is definitely needed here.

If you choose the "Edit Schedule & Meds" link in the main menu you can adjust your medications. By the way, you can use the Help button in the menu to text us directly. I'd be more than happy to get on a phone call with you to help out or learn more about the ways we can improve NudgeHero.

Seeing better health outcomes

I'm finally taking all of my meds and supplements on time every day, and my labs are better as a result. It's so easy to get distracted and say to yourself - I'll take them in a minute. Then the minute never comes. Nudge Hero has changed my life. Now I can keep up with my mom's meds too and remind her to take them. I'm taking one star off for bugs though. It has a hard time with multiple postpones of a med schedule and I have to restart it to get working right after that. Other small bugs crop up here and there and it could benefit from an update for those.

This is the best app, hands down, for ensuring that I and my daughter take our daily medicines. I really value the ability to monitor my daughter’s compliance to ensure she does not miss important meds. Nicely done NudgeHero!

this app has helped me for a long time now with medication reminders. instead of just a notification, i find it so helpful that the app will call and text you to remind you. thanks nudgehero!

Helpful app reminder

I have been using this app for a few weeks and it has been extremely helpful in reminding me when to take my medications, and vitamin supplements. I work from home and at times I get very busy, so this app comes in handy because I have to take my some of my supplements at different times of the day. The NudgeHero definitely helps me stay on track with my meds and vitamins.

Amazing app

What an amazing app. I just can’t thank you enough for the foresight that you folks have had in producing this. I just came off of double knee surgery and had tons of drugs to take and Nudge hero made it so easy. Thank you again. 5 stars!

T&A savior!

I’m a nurse (13+ & counting) and a first time Mom of a 11 years old child who just had undergone tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy secondary to hypertrophy resulting in obstructive sleep apnea. Needless to say the surgery was very much needed… he is still very much in pain and it’s been >7 days :( this app has saved my butt at reminding myself and child’s dad of when to give the pain medicine. If you ignore the app, a text message will be sent. If that was missed… a red warning ⚠️ will pop up on your notifications. It that was missed somehow, like I was because I finally was able to sleep today… it will send you another notification, this time with a ascending loud sound despite being on DND. So worth the download. And all of these were for free! Thank you NudgeHero!

this is one of the best apps i’ve ever used for anything

it’s so helpful because i always forget when to take my medicine and i get notified as time goes on if i still forget i’ve seen the first notification. i have adhd and take medicine for that and epilepsy, so it’s very important that i remember to take my meds. i really appreciate the hard work put into this app and how it’s completely free with no ads. it’s so simple too and i’m not bombarded by random features of the app. it’s simple and easy to use, the features are only what is needed. i just love this app so much, 10/10

So so helpful

I’ve been using this app since last November 2022 and it is now February 2023. My SIL was up visiting and noticed I was missing taking my medications on time so searched online for an app that could assist me by setting up a scheduler that alerts me when it’s time to take the pills and the best of all a follow up alert when you miss the first alert. It’s surprising how quickly your mind can acknowledge the first alert then tune it out. But the follow up alert is really the key to taking action with your medication. It’s like they can read my mind! Plus their developer is super responsive when you have questions or suggestions. Thank you NudgeHero!
