NudgeMe is a simple, elegant interval timer app for iOS that helps users stay aware of how they spend their time by providing periodic audio reminders at customizable intervals. Perfect for meditation, exercise routines, work sessions, or any activity requiring regular time intervals. It supports a set of built-in sounds that a user can supplement by using Voice Memo or any other sound generating app. I use it while practicing the piano to remind me to switch songs every 20-30 minutes. Time can get away when we are not paying attention!
