I feel like I’m fairly good at handling Mental Fitness, but I thought I’d try out this app. I was blown away with how NUE helped me solve some issues weighting on my mind. It felt liberating to do a mental & emotional dump and see NUE help me organize my thoughts and develop a game plan. I highly recommend this app!
