Good - only drawback is intrusive ads
I enjoy the collection of news stories. Saves me a lot of time & effort.
Annoying
Nice graphics, user friendly- almost. They hound you for a credit card. None of the other PL clubs do that.

We never ask for a credit card, but we have an ads-free app version, which you can subscribe to via Apple. Also, we are not connected to the club as we are an independent fan app for Newcastle United fans.
