ほかの操作はできるのにプロフィールの設定だけずっと出来なかった

問い合わせの返信が来ない、ブロックがいつの間にか解除されている

システムとしては、スマホ等で撮った縦長の写真がそのまま掲載出来ないので、そこだけ不便です。

また、1番困っているのが、ブロックした人がいつの間にかブロック解除されていて、私のページにいいねができたりコメントできたりするのが、1番困るし、4回くらいブロックし直してるけど、また解除されてる…いい加減気持ち悪いので、退会しようか、考える程です。
この件に関して問い合わせして1週間ほど経ちますが、全く返信がない。きちんと運営、管理しれているかも、疑問です。
