I love this game, but….
It needs some serious updates. It freezes consistently and locks up the phone. It’s truly an amazing game!

Game is great played for so long until i caved and paid
Since paying it’s constantly freezing as often as 6 times in 10 mintutes. Screen doesnt even lock.
Eventually it does so i lock, unlock force close app and reopen and repeat

Game freezes entire phone
Game has a lot of ads has to be played on flight mode to enjoy, a major issue is after you get a 8 mil tile the game will freeze the entire phone after 2-5 minutes of play repeatedly which requires a full restart to close the game

Glitches
Keeps glitching. Stops during play and I have try to turn my phone off so it will clear. Disappointing.

Game Crashes.
Every 5 minutes my phone freezes up while I’m on this app.
Far too many ads, just ridiculous!!
I once enjoyed this game but now there are ads every minute, just far too many ads. I will be deleting the game. Shame!! I really loved the game before it was taken over by ads. Now more time is spent watching the ads than playing the game.

Keeps crashing
The game crashed after playing awhile. I then have to write the game to come back in, losing the game I was playing. Then I tried to submit a ticket to support and the ticket wouldn’t let me mail it. I am not a happy player.

iPadOS: 26.5
I’ve been playing the same game for approximately six months and have a cumulative score of 2,539,542.
For the past seven days, the game has been crashing directly back to the Home Screen. The crash occurs repeatedly after about 20 minutes of play, and I lose all progress from the current session. When I reopen the game, it returns to the previously saved cumulative score.
I’ve already:
* Updated to the latest version (572)
* Freed over 10 GB of storage
* Restarted my iPad
* Tried restarting the game regularly
Other apps work normally, so the issue appears to be specific to Number Match.
Is this a known issue, and is there anything I can do to preserve my progress while you investigate?

What The Heck
I don’t know what happened to this app/game. I locks my entire cell phone up. Even after an update and an uninstall/reinstall?
App freezes
App keeps freezing my phone up completely. I do like playing it. May have to find another similar game.
Súper glitchy
It’s a really addictive game at first and all of a sudden it’s super glitchy.
Fun but very buggy
For a simple and very fun game it is super buggy. Add pop while merging tiles, game freezes, game lockup phone, etc. Paid for no adds, still freezes phone and game requiring restarts. But, I still play it. So it would get a 5 star if ads were not popping up while in middle of moves and stop the freezes.

The game freezes my entire phone and after I’ve clicked the power button and return to the game it flashes and makes it unable to play correctly until I open it again
Ads will freeze your game
Lots of ads and often the ads will freeze so you have to reload the game, which makes you start back at the beginning, losing any score or progress that you’ve made.
No longer a fan.
Game was fun and I was addicted. Made a lot of in-app purchases but now I feel ripped off. I have ≈650,000 game points and ≈1,480 coins, but I cannot cash in the coins. I contacted Number Match through their app but no response. DELETE!
Freezing and won’t let me exit
It’s a good game at first it’s working pretty good. Then it will start to freeze and I can’t exit out of it or turn my phone off. It did happen more than 4 times and today is my first day having it but it’s a fun game to play would be more fun if it didn’t freeze up out of no where.
