Not able to unlock premium cards

Hi, thanks for reporting this and I’m sorry about the frustration. We identified the issue: in some cases the premium unlock completed successfully, but the flashcard range could remain set to the free set (0–25) instead of expanding automatically. A fix has already been submitted. In the meantime, the short-term workaround is: 1. Open Settings 2. Go to Practice Range 3. Set the range to include higher numbers, such as 0–99 4. If premium still doesn’t appear, tap Restore Purchases If you’ve already purchased, you should not need to buy again. If the issue continues, please use the in-app contact option and I’ll help directly. Thanks again for flagging this so I could correct it quickly.

thank you for trying our app. The sound works but you have to make sure the device is not set on silent. Our app has 2 modes, moving forward through the numbers or shuffle. It is designed for kids, who are typically not familiar with settings. Setting up intervals is a good suggestion, I’ll implement it in the next version. If this doesn’t satisfy your needs, please feel free to request a refund from the App Store.
