Broken App

When I go to the Action Board and select a message to send, none of the fields with my name, etc. are filled out automatically. This used to work. Then when you try to report the error, you go to the website and there's no way to report it on the website. Can this pleased be fixed on the IOS app??

Never works right

I get logged in go to the action board and click on stuff and never has the proper recipients in it and never has my proper name in it. It’s always messed up. I wish they would get it fixed.
