Numbra: Block Spam Calls

Numbra blocks spam calls by pattern, not one number at a time. Spam callers do not reuse numbers. They burn through thousands that all look alike, so blocking them one by one is a game you lose. Numbra blocks the whole shape at once. Write the pattern the way you would describe it out loud, and put an X wherever the digits change: +39 12 345X XXXX X.
