Refunded

Ended up requesting a refund: after a few back and forth with the logins and account I’ve ended up paying two subscriptions, without accessing the paid features. Either the flow is too complicated or they are unable to have two subscriptions for two different accounts - I do into know and don’t want to know anymore. I’ve refunded one of the subscriptions and now will request the refund for the other one. Btw: support is quite responsive, but useless unfortunately. They did not solve my issue despite we have exchanged around 9 messages.

What did you do to the app? It used to be excellent, but now it's garbage. You should realize that this is an important work tool! I'm going to wait and see if you bring back the old setup; if not, I'll cancel my account. It's terrible now.

Esse aplicativo já foi incrível , mais agora mesmo você pagando não deixam fazer comentários , mesmo pagando você não consegue ver quem acessou seu perfil , o premium não está funcionando faz meses isso , você já não consegue mais salvar os contatos pondo um nome.

NumBuster does not work in Germany

This app was once very good. I just signed up for the app’s one-year plan. And I just found out that it’s not working in Germany. Why isn’t it working?

Hello. We are currently unable to support any use of phone numbers in the country/region you specified. This is a purely technical issue on our end, so even creating new accounts in our system using these phone numbers is also impossible, as we do not service this country or region. That's all we know.
