Bugged - Poor Support

I made a purchase for a campaign through the app and I was pretty excited to see how it may turn out. The payment processed through Apple, however the app gave me an “error” message and automatically cancelled my campaign. I have tried multiple times and changed many parameters on my selections to try and figure out why the campaign is getting kicked when my payment was taken. I reached out to support and have yet to get a response. Such a shame this turned out to not even be a functioning product.
