Scam

I downloaded this app to help me study for an exam and forgot to cancel the free trial. Within just 5 days, I was charged $90 — with absolutely no warning. I reached out to customer service and disputed it with my bank, but was unable to get a refund either way.

The app itself offers very little value, and the customer support is essentially non-existent. A quick search on Reddit reveals this has happened to many other users.

Signed up for a free trial a few years ago and tried to cancel instead of going through with the subscription because it just did not help at all. It said “We encountered an error while trying to cancel your subscription. Please try again later.” So I did and it said the same thing. Long story short I ended up forgetting about it for a couple years and so far have been charged about $200. I just noticed it and tried to file a dispute but Numerade fought back saying I provided my own card number email and everything. They rejected my dispute and I still cannot cancel this subscription. IT SAYS THE SAME THING STILL when trying to cancel. They do not have a customer service number., so I emailed them and never got a response back. I don’t know what to do. And I’m not the only one having issues like this with Numerade!

It’s a perfect app to study

Its absolutely perfect for studying and it always solves my homework perfectly when I am stuck! I always recommend this app to my friends! But besides that I don’t have enough money to afford to upgrade my accounts plan so I can’t always send all of my questions to the app because the free plans limit is only 5 answers, it would be absolutely perfect if the team could increase the amount of messages. Thank you 🙏

Issues with reading AI information

Upon asking the AI for an explanation, its returns the correct information, but the only issue is that the text runs off the page on the mobile app and therefore I can’t view the entire sequence of equations. If it gave me the ability to scroll horizontal on the information it provides this app would get a 5/5 stars! Request if the developers would assist in fixing this?

Stay Away

Stay away! This is a complete scam. Difficult to cancel the trial and there are no emails to inform you of billing being processed. Customer support is unresponsive, and when you do receive a response it’s a generic blanket response.

Update: I do not need further assistance. I only want to inform others of disingenuous business practices.
