About

Numice shapes and cleans your microphone in real time, right on your device. Set the bandwidth of your voice, tune a three-band EQ, gate out room noise between phrases, and record studio-clean WAV. No account, no upload, no network access. SEE YOUR VOICE, LIVE • Input and output meters with held peaks, in dBFS • A live spectrum with the pass-band edges drawn on it, so you can see what every change does • Round-trip latency, CPU load and dropouts, measured and shown SHAPE YOUR MIC • Bandwidth: high-pass and low-pass edges at 24 dB per octave, from Narrow to Full • Three-band EQ: low, mid and high • Noise gate that mutes the room between sentences, with hysteresis so words don't chop • Input and output gain, with a limiter that is always on PRESETS FOR THE JOB Call, Podcast, Broadcast and Bluetooth-safe, the last one tuned for the narrow band of wireless headsets. Adjust anything in Tune and save it as your own preset. Presets export and import as a JSON file. RECORD CLEAN WAV Record straight through the processed chain to WAV, 48 kHz, with no lossy re-encode between your voice and the file. What the meters show is what lands in the recording. Your library stays on your device, and recording keeps going with the screen locked. TIPS FROM NUMI Numi, the in-app guide, notices when something is off, like a clipping mic, audio dropouts, a Bluetooth headset stuck in its narrow call mode, or a denied permission, and says what to fix in plain words. Dismiss a tip and it stays gone. ON MAC The same studio in one window, with Live and Tune side by side, plus a menu bar panel that starts and stops the engine and shows your levels. Pick any input and output your Mac sees; the device list refreshes when you plug something in. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The audio engine is native code running on your device. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and Numice makes no network requests at all: no analytics, no ads, no tracking. GOOD TO KNOW Numice processes audio inside Numice. It does not replace the system microphone for other apps, so it cannot clean your voice inside another app's call. Noise suppression is not included in this version; the gate is what removes room noise. Clean voice, on your device, under your control.
