App changed my birthdate. CS gaslighted me.
Not a great start. First off, the app said it was $29 for a 1 year subscription, but when I went to pay, it was $49. The app then changed my birthdate by one day, under 2 different accounts, making it unusable. After contacting customer services and receiving many promises to fix it, it seems I was just being gaslighted. It still remains with the wrong information and they dropped the ball. However, they were more than speedy in updating their pricing to the higher amount. After 1 1/2 weeks and many messages back and forth, my issue still hasn't resolved and I haven't been refunded. And Customer Services is no longer responding. This feels like a scam.

Unable to verify email address because it’s directing to an invalid account. Attempted to purchase annual subscription for $24.99 but it populated $49.99. Emailed support and delivery failure because that email doesn’t exist.
