Extremely bad customer service
The ai is so annoying + they confirm something I do the opposite. I really got upset as they disturb my diet with their bad communication and experience. I mentioned only to skip one day they skip three days although they confirm my understanding

الاكل غير جيد النكهه وفاسد وفوقها يماطلون شهر كامل ماردوا فلوس الاشتراك ومصوره لهم السلطه خربانه مافي اي اعتذار ولا قالوا بنرجع المبلغ كامل لا خصموا الايام اللي جاني فيها الاكل خربان وانقط بالزباله لانه مستحيل احد ياكله غير عوار البطن اللي سببه لي اكلهم حتى النجمة خساره فيهم

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
They have the worst customer service, they dont answer and ignore messages. Ive been trying for days to resolve the app issue and no one helps. I want to cancel and get a refund. I will not be using them again!!

When I arrived at my workplace, I couldn’t find the meal, even though I was informed that it had been delivered. I tried to contact the driver and customer service, but there was no response. I subscribed for 6 days, but I don’t think I will continue with numou . On my first day with them, I had a bad experience.
