Good communication

I recently left a terrible review but was pleasantly surprised when I received an email from the CEO and co-founder addressing my issues. Impressed with the recent follow up and willing to give it another chance. Looks like they have been hard at work with improvements and redesign- great job!

Can’t add a child

Not been able to add a child. Every time I try it shows an error and then states that the user name has already been used.
