I am confused about the issue. I downloaded the app, signed up for a one-month plan, but did not receive a phone number. When I attempted to obtain a number, it stated that I already have a current plan that expires next month but did not provide a number. My money has been deducted, and I am unable to lose it. Please resolve this matter for me.
