Used this during my clinical psych rotation
My classmate showed me this during our psych clinicals and it actually taught me how to write a proper psych note. I could see what I was supposed to be assessing and then generated note to understand how it all fits together. Way more useful than any lecture on documentation. Definitely going to keep using it when I graduate!
