Terrible app
This app is terrible I try to use it on a daily basis goes down constantly and also doesn’t load photos of carers I use on a weekly daily basis like a diary I rely on this as I have to see who comes into my home as my mother has dementia come on technical team please fix these issues they’ve been going on for a long time now or at least update the app .

Why is it still available?!
Using for over a year
Used nursebuddy for over a year. Constant efforts to update system such as risk assessments and MAR. App possibly not perfect but still excellent. Everything accessible and easy to find. Very happy so far.
Rubbish
Hardly ever works... constantly says error and so you cannot login and find the information you need which is urgent.
When it works you can see whether or not your loved one has eaten or is in bed etc.
Far too unreliable and even after reporting the fact that you cannot login numerous times the problem is never fixed.

Awful, cheaply made app.
It feels as though you’ve developed an app in 2 weeks just to bring in some revenue.
Crashes constantly, locks myself and colleagues out of our rotas on a weekly basis, updates aren’t timely, “Pins” don’t stick to accounts EVER, care plans don’t stay on clients files for long, they get deleted. Pins change all the time for no reason, location isn’t accurate.
The list goes on but I refuse to put more effort into writing this review than you did developing the app.

This app is a pain. Can’t open it for days now...: so annoying
Needs to be updated
iPhone 8 and keeps crashing on launch
Terrible UI
The UI is pretty bad, especially for the calendar view. If this gets improved, the app will be decent.

This app is not good for iPhones , always freezing and knocking off.

Please fix bugs every day I have to re-download the app and I need it for work , other than that great app
Hours
I am having difficulty seeing the completed hours at the bottom of the visits each day the number of hours I work does not always show so I have to count them by each visit which is time consuming
