Needs bug fixing immediately
Constantly does not refresh to the right list of nurses when switching between dates. Often crashes and just closes altogether. No update in the last six months.

Doesn’t really work well
Lots of issues with the app, approvals don’t work.. error pop ups in the app too, it’s a pretty big pain because you cannot login to the manager website on your phone, it directs you to the app that doesn’t work..
Good at first now troublesome
At first the nurse grid and manager app were awesome and great for our department. Such a innovative upgrade compared to the Kronos we used. Well after nurse grid sold out everything started going downhill. There are always glitches and mishaps with the app and interface. Every time we bring up the issues with their IT we get told “our engineers are working on it”. Well we’ve been waiting more than half a year and still no ETA even of when it will be fixed. For an app with such potential the glitches and mishaps really hamper being productive with the app.
