I’m so upset with this app. I pay $89.24 but I can’t download even just one nursery rhyme.

They had a problem I complained about with IOS after using this app for 2 years, that made the app not work for me and others. They quickly resolved this issue and the app works great again 5 stars. Downloaded over 100 videos of Dave and Ava and don’t need internet to use unless to download new song.

Great app!
I’ve had this app for my first daughter and now that my second is born they watch it together. I love the shuffle and play all options too for mixing the videos up and continuous play. And there are so many videos!

Song mix up
My kids absolutely love this app and all the songs, it's great for long rides in the car. My youngest recently deleted the app by accident so I downloaded it again. Now when we select "Itsy Bitsy Spider" it plays "If You're Happy and You Know It". My daughter loudly says "UH OH! UH OH!" through the whole song because it's not playing the correct one. I realize this is an older app and I don't know if updates are released anymore, but here's hoping for a fix to the mix up.

App doesn’t work. $60 down the drain.
Error upon initial downloading. For a $60 app they should have these broken links fixed. It won’t even play anything at all let alone download
Waste of money!!!
Im so disappointed!!! Instead of continuous play of these videos, you have to select each on individually. Impossible to use when driving a child that’s in their car seat I wasted my money on this.

Bug : Holding a video thumbnail
Please fix. App is useless to us now. When my child holds a video link for 3 seconds the app forces a dropdown that overlays Dave & Ava logo and there is no closing it. My child brings it to me to kill the app and restart it over and over and over and over and over. The latest updates might have caused this error. Please fix as we really enjoyed the app when it was functional. We are not using it now for my sanity.

The app worked great until the latest update. Now it won’t even start—it just immediately crashes
Kids love D&A but like to have the options to play or download
Problem is you need to download before you watch. If you do not have much phone storage or iPad storage it is hard to remove and delete them to download others. If there was an streaming option or just an link to the YouTube version as well as an option to download, I would give 5 stars
Don’t waste you money
I bought this app cause my son loves Dave and Ava and I am very disappointed. Had I known it was only videos and not the interactive as I saw in YouTube I would have never wasted $65 on some videos you can watch on YouTube for free. NOT TO MENTION IT FROZE MY IPAD AND I HAD TO CALL APPLE TO RESTART IT.

The app does not come with the songs, you have to sit and scroll through each and every song (100+) and tap to download them individually.
It is VERY slow and the downloads keep failing! More so , the music does not play in the background, you have to keep the app open.
Just stick to YouTube!

Halloween fear
My son was a huge fan of Dave & Ava and loved watching all the videos until he watched the Halloween videos and now he’s terrified at night of Halloween ghosts and jack-o’-lanterns and monsters. Why does Dave and Ava even need to make Halloween videos? It’s stupid and unfortunately there’s no good way to block the Halloween ones in the app. Bad idea Dave and Ava. Now he refuses to watch any of the Dave & Ava videos because he scared of them. Doesn’t seem worth the $60 I paid for this app now.
