This app has been lifechanging. Instead of feeling guilty when dropping my daughter at nursery I look forward to sharing in what she is doing at nursery. The photos and videos brighten up my day.

Fab company
Had great customer service with prompt replies when experiencing an issue which was not the companies fault. Quick and helpful resolution. Great app, gives me lots of updates about my child’s day and can see an overview of their day in the daily report. Puts my mind at rest as a parent when my baby is at nursery, being able to see what he has eaten, drank, how long he has slept, and updates on when his nappy was last changed. I also get photograph updates which reassures me he’s happy 💕

Nursery software that works
My nursery has tried 3 different nursery softwares and we then saw nursery story on instagram so gave it a try. Its very easy to set up, the whole nursery knows how to use it and it qorks just as we need a software to. Its a lot cheaper than most others which is a plus

Great app! For knowing what my kids are up ! Our nursery just started using this platform and allows me to stay up to date easily with progression - would recommend !

This app has been life changing. When dropping my children at nursery I felt so guilty. This app gives me moment by moment information, photos videos!!! It’s been life changing. I knew the nursery were doing a phenomenal job, now I have the evidence!!!! wonderful app!!

Great app where i can see how my child is doing at nursery… has a great feature where nursery can leave messages for all parents.. had issue trying to make an account but contacted the team via email and was sorted quickly with great communication.

This is a great app. We’ve used a few due to moving around a bit for work but this one is really clear to use at both ends. The staff are able to send great updates of LOs and which means we then benefit. It’s equally easy enough for us to use our end and feel connected. It’s has great and intuitive functionality.

Amazing Professional Services
I had trouble accessing the information logged on the app for the nursery my children attend due to a technical issue.
I contacted the support team, and they responded quickly. They didn't give up until they resolved the issue, even contacting me by phone to investigate.
Their service made me happy because now I can see all my children's activities at the nursery and follow up at home.

Love it
This app is perfect for the anxious parent dropping there baby off to nursery. The updates are perfect, from photos of my little one, to how he’s slept, eaten & nappy changes. The instant messaging service is a highlight for me as I am notified of any messages, as well as I can message the team anything of importance. Love it!
